Not sure what to say?

If I remember correctly, Nancy and I were both April girls, and she died on my birthday, April 18. I always thought that. even without any training in theatre arts, she could step into the role of Auntie Mame -- the loving, warm-hearted, big-presence star, ready to lead or follow but always participate.

Dear Charlie, Kathy and I wish you and daughters our deepest sympathies. Many fond memories of Whale of a Sale and parties attended. Our prayers are with you

Charlie and Girls:
Nancy was my fanfare introduction to Chicago in 1968 and remained a great old friend all these years. We are so very glad we got us all together again in Chicago a few years ago. We had the chance to reaffirm that old friends are best friends. We will miss her.
Mary and John Meinig, Evergreen, CO

My sincere and deepest sympathy.

She was Nancy with the smiling face. She will be welcomed in heaven with other St. Norbert legends: Msgr.Hagerty and Fr. Valker. She was everywhere in our church doing kind deeds. As I walking into church recently, she slowed down her car & shouted out a compliment. When i light candles at Mass I knew she had put them there, so I will be lighting candles for your family. Deepest sympathy,Joan Stephenson

Rest in Gods loving arms dearest Nancy. You will ALWAYS be held in our hearts. Our deepest sympathy to her beloved family. She LOVED you all so much. Fondly, the Patrick Bradley Family

Dear Charlie, Clara a d Annie, There are no words to express my sympathy to you all at the loss of our most treasured Nancy. She was among my very closest and dearest friends for almost sissy years, and I cannot imagine life without her. Just that voice over the phone, oh Pen, dear friend, how are you and how soon can we get together, always made my day. The stories and the fun we shared were endless. They always contained the latest episodes of the girls love lives and challenges,...

Charlie--I was very shocked to hear of Nancy's sudden passing. She was a wonderful friend to me, and never failed to make me feel happy with her incredible sense of humor and contagious laugh. My sincere and deep condolences to you and her whole family. You all are in my prayers.
