Natalie died from complications associated with dementia. After graduation from Reagan High School in Houston, Natalie attended the University of Houston where she received a BA in Business Administration. She was an avid bowler and continued to participate in league bowling into her mid 80s. She was also an accomplished seamstress and sewed many beautiful outfits. After retirement from Shell, Natalie became a world traveler by taking many cruises to places around the world. She was a very good cook and supplied many friends with delicious recipes that stand the test of time. Towards the end of her life, Natalie moved to Austin, Texas to be near her brother. Natalie was preceded in death by her father, Lt. Col Clinton A. Waggoner and mother Norma Ida Waggoner. She is survived by her brother Clinton N.
