Nathaniel "Nate" Gipson

I went to school with Nate. He was a wonderful part of our class. Always kind and thoughtful to those of us who were so lucky to call him a friend. Each reunion he was a continued joy to catch up with. His love for his wife and kids was always apparent and touching. When I received a call today about his passing, my heart aches at the thought of never seeing his great, big loving smile ever again. God blessed his family and friends by giving him to us to love. Nate was a wonderful classmate and respected by everyone in our class. He was always positive and upbeat and set the bar for others to strive for. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.

I was so sad to hear about Nate's death from my dad, Bob. Nate was such a treasure and I enjoyed connecting with him on my visits home. "Wet Wednesdays" won't be the same without him, and I know my dad sure is going to miss him. Sending up love and prayers to his family.
