Neal was a beautiful person who gave of himself. I found his personality to be electric and his courses were never boring. He will always be in my fondest memories. A wonderful soul . My Warmest sympathy Marcia Hoey Guiding Light Reality

HOWDY The real estate industry misses Neal . . He gave so much to the industry and he was never afraid to speak up and defend consumer protection rights .He was a true advocate for Nh state laws . Rest in peace Neal ... that´s a 10-4 good buddy !

Neal was a wonder teacher. He had a way of using humor to help us remember what would happen if we violated the real estate rules and regulations. He is missed my many, myself included. I am thankful for his teachings. God bless you all. May your hearts heal with time, and laughter come from your memories.

Not too many days go by without thinking about our friend. Neal taught me about real estate but he was also a shining example of just how to treat other people.
