Read MoreI was fortunate enough to be a student assistant for Mrs. Escobedo back in the 80s. I'm fairly certain I have not laughed as much in my life as I did the semester I spent with her. Her humor and kindness made her such a special person whom I feel honored to have known. My prayers are with all of you during this time.
