I’m so sorry for your families’ loss. I’ve known Neil for the past 11yrs through our work, Caltrans. My first memory of Neil was when he taught the hazmat classes to the Maintenance Crews. You were forewarned to pay attention in that class and if you didn’t you better believe Neil would make a spectacle of you. Which I thought made that class pretty entertaining.
