Not sure what to say?

I was in the NNHS class of 1979. I always loved and respected Mr McCauley. My funny story was how many times I broke a window in the field house practicing my fast pitch since we always had the catcher set up right in line with the corner window. Even pro pitchers have a wild pitch now and then. Neil would come in and say Jansen....! He always did his best for the students. Thoughts and prayers to the whole family.

I Always Liked Hanging Out With My Buddy Neil At The Home Varsity Football Games And The Home Varsity Girl´s Basketball Games With Neil!

Great coach, teacher, and driving instructor for this 1980 graduate. Rest in peace.

Mr. McCauley was one of my biggest fans that came to cheer me on at my gymnastics meets. He was a one of a kind and had so much passion for what he did. Keeping the entire family in my thoughts and prayers during this time.

Mr. McCauley left a wonderful impression upon me as a high school athlete and I always appreciated his respect towards everyone.

Mr. McCauley was one of my favorite people at NNHS. Sending hugs and prayers to his family.

Mr McCauley was a class act and cared about students

Always had such a caring spirit for his athletes. He ensured he held us to a high standard, and I am grateful for the lessons he taught me over my fours years as a student and athlete at Naperville North. My dad, who also lost his battle to Parkinson´s enjoyed Mr. McCauley´s humor and commitment to his athletes. Thinking of his family during this difficult time, and remembering the lessons he shared. Always a Huskie.

All I can say is thank you, I love you, and the world will not be the same without you.
