Not sure what to say?

I JUST HEARD TODAY THAT NEIL HAD PASSED. I MET NEIL IN 4TH GRADE IN LA GRANGE AND WE REMAINED BUDDIES THRU HIGH SCHOOL. I LAST SAW HIM I MAY 2002 AT A LUNCHEON FOR THE D.G NORTH WORK PROGRAM THAT WE BOTH SPONSOR. ALL MY BEST TO NEIL'S FAMILY AND TO BROTHER DAN (WHO I WORKED WITH AT JEWEL IN THE 70'S)

OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO NEIL'S FAMILY. WHAT A VERY SPECIAL PERSON YOU WERE, MY FRIEND. YOU WILL BE GREATLY MISSED. NEVER FORGOTTEN.

What can I say? From climbing the water tower and writing our names, bussing tables together at Johnny Mikes, throwing snowballs at passing cars and learning the abc's of younger life.. I will forever miss my friend Neil.. Your Buddy, Dana....

Neil,

Many people say that the more generous we are on earth, the higher place we will have in heaven.

If that is the case i don't think you will be above Mother Teresa but
not far below.

Thank you for the generosity you showed my family and me.

It was just a week ago tonight at 8:30 time when Vicki called and asked me to come sit with the kids cause she needed to take the Neil to the hospital. If I only had a clue of what the outcome would be. Somehow my "see ya later babe" as he was wheeled out of the house seems so inadequate now. Well Neil, I think the wake,...

I just don't know what to say. I'm shocked and saddened. Ann I am so sorry. My heart goes out to you and the family - Brain, Danny et al. Hang in - I can't image and I hope I never have to experience it. All my love, Gaylord

To Neil's friends and family,

I am so sorry for your loss. Every time I eat a Krispy Kreme I think of Neil.

He was so kind to me, as a relative stranger, right from the beginning.

I know Neil will be missed by thousands.

May he thrive in God's arms.

With love and sympathy,
Ms. Bo Grant

Over the past 15 years, Neil was indeed a very special friend to our family. Buying my 1st Lincoln from him led to many happy and joyous visit to the dealership where Neil was always so helpful. A great hand shake and smile that made everyones world better. My entire family got to know Neal and we all will miss him. He was a very special person. Our deepest sympathy in the time of loss. Our prayers are with the family.

Neil was a great friend of mine and my entire family (our extended families) really had memories that can go on for ever. My thoughts go out to Vicki and the kids, Brian, Danny,Mom and please realize that Neil will never be forgotten. Neil never met a stranger, so please lets not forget Neil and his family! We used to laugh about not cheating our self in life.....Neil did not get cheated but the entire world did by his passing. Neil please let that sweat drop on me from time to time. ...
