Neoma is survived by children, Terri (Michael) Smith, Tammy (Randy) Squier, Tim Smith, and Thomas Bouche'; sisters, Iila Reed and Jean Crosgrove; grandchildren, Ryan, Meghan, Ciara, Katherine, and Sarah; great-grandchildren, Makenna, Grayson, Baylor, Annabelle, Cooper, and Eleanor; and extended family.
Neoma loved spending time with her family.
The family has chosen to hold a private service.

I have so many fond memories of Neoma and the whole family. They were a family friend of my parents. I would baby sit and spend so much time in their home. Neoma was such a beautiful person.
