Not sure what to say?

Seven years, hard to believe it was like yesterday Nicky. Miss you so much! Love from Ashley & myself. We are all still missing you everyday. To Nicky´s Family, well, when you know you know

I can´t believe so much time has passed, I bet he and Steve are taking their boat rides together through heavens seas. Still thought of frequently with fond memories.

I just heard of Nick’s passing and I must say he was one of the most interesting people I ever had the privilege to know. I started a sausage making company in 2010 and Nick called me one day to talk sausage. I spent a lot of time with Nick over the next several years and I learned so much about the business ins and outs of the food world on a larger scale. It's been 2 years and it still feels like yesterday. I think of you everyday and will always hold you close to my heart. I know you are watching from heaven, "By your Side", "Dragon Flies" everywhere I look. Just last week holding one in between my finger tips. We all know you are with us every single day through our thoughts of past memories that are etched in our hearts and minds forever!!!
Remembrance Mass @ St. Mary's Church, Elm St. Stamford, CT on the 2nd anniversary of the...

Nicky at his best running the business he so truly loved!!!

Nicky always a smile. Sharing time with people who loved him.

Nick, will be missed, I met him through my husband. I often look at the space that was home to the "sauage man" My heart felt prayers to the family and friends of Nick.

I knew Nick for many years, he was so kind. His family business was a staple of our community. He gave me a tour of the work space that he took much pride in. In business and friendship he treated everyone like family. He will be missed.
