We moved into our first home next door a couple years ago. Nick and Amy were the first neighbors we met and we were happy to have such nice people living across the yard. Nick and I quickly established a neighborly relationship, borrowing tools (I borrowed his tools), talking about the crazy next door neighbors, and our families. You could tell how proud he was of his kids the way he was always excited to tell me how well they were doing in sports or school and always asked how my family was...

I was one of the lucky ones to know Nick. I met him in 7th grade walking the halls of Timothy Edwards. There he was becoming a friend for life! We share many memories... oh that Camaro! The wires... the family conversations at the kitchen table and sunroom. Nick was always there for me. Our heartfelt sympathies to Alex, our dear cousin and his loving family. He truly was a great man in all he did for his community and dear family. May he rest in peace in God's loving arms. May you keep his memory alive in your hearts forever. God takes the best first. We will all meet again when our time comes. Christ has risen, thus has conquered death by death. Amen.

My family and the Georgeadis' have been family not by blood, but by a beautiful friendship started well over 55 years ago when I was a baby. I remember Nick and his sister Maria as babies, was their first babysitter and watched them grow up and have their own families. It has been an honor to have known Nick, or Nicky as I called him, and my heart is breaking for his dad Alex, sister Maria, wife Amy and his children - and all who knew and loved this great man. Thank you for your relentless...
