Not sure what to say?

We have so many memories of Monsignor as we were members of Saint Francis of Assisi parish from 1993-2013. His care and loving kindness as he shepherded our parish was remarkable and we will always remember his smile and simple way to connect his homilies to real life actions. We will miss him greatly. Sending condolences to family.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

I will cherish the memories of our Wednesday evening dinners and conversations forever. I met monsignor about 5 years ago after a memorial mass that he celebrated in memory of my wife. We learned that we were both from the same area of Brooklyn.

I was a member of St. Francis of Assisi until 2009 when I moved out of state. I will never forget Msgr. Grieco's kindness. He loved his congregation and the feeling was mutual. He will be missed.

My sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Monsignor Grieco on his passing. As a child, I remember Monsignor as being a kind and compassionate priest at Sacred Heart Parish. He was welcoming and personable; a gentle man with a warm smile and genuine care for all. I so enjoyed running into him these past few years and chatting. May he rest in eternal peace.

We so enjoyed his homilies when he was at St. Cecilia Church - it was like relearning our catechism when he spoke. That bounding and reassuring voice and smile will always remind us of his never ending dedication to his priesthood. Sincere sympathy to his survivors. May he rest in peace.
