Nick was a wonderful and sensitive soul that I met on Newbury Street in Boston. We shared many things in common and almost got married. I will forever hold his memory in my heart. I love you Nick and know your at peace.

I still miss Nicholas and am grateful for the memories of time celebrating the joys of life in NYC, Albany, and Gloucester. He was so witty and considerate. Nicholas was a gentleman like no other. My heart goes out to Marietta and Aunt Doris. How lovely it was to spend a day walking in the sun and enjoy the coziness of the curved building with the curved furniture and all its details. It was like a little, personal museum and a perfect place to talk with Nicholas about all things.

Nick was one of my dearest friends when we were at Harvard together. With the years we lost touch, but I cherish my memories of him, of his kindness, of his interest in American art and poetry. NFL I will miss you always.

I had the pleasure of working along side Nick at the Cape Ann Historical Museum during a couple of summers in the early 70's. I enjoyed his company and knowledge.
Not a nice way to catch up with someone from the past but glad to see all he accomplished and mark he made.
He will be missed but memories last forever.
My Deepest condolences to Marietta and rest of family.
