NICHOLAS FREDERICK LYNCH

LYNCH, Nicholas Frederick Passed away on September 25th at the age of 62. Son of the late Margaret Farrell Lynch and Dr. George William Lynch of Brookline and Gloucester, MA, and brother of the late Michael F. Lynch of New York. He attended the Belmont Hill School and graduated from Harvard College where he was a member of the Hasty Pudding Club, the A.D. Club and The Signet Society. Following his passion, Nicholas was a dealer in American art in New York for many years. A gentleman of great curiosity and refinement, he embraced a wide range of interests including modern poetry, book collecting, music, art, orchids and travel. He generously underwrote art exhibitions while also volunteering his time to charitable organizations. Nicholas is survived by his sisters Marietta E. Lynch and Margaret L. Pearson and his aunt Doris T. Lynch. He is also survived by his brother William H. Lynch and his wife Nancy, and their children George, Matthew and Martha Kopanon.
