Not sure what to say?

Happy Birthday to my friend Nick. You helped me grow greatly as a moral and friendly person. I miss speaking to you always.

There is a poem by an unknown author that I wish to recite as I feel it aptly describes the feelings of Nick's Mom, Gina, Dad David & Brother Alex. The words are these: "You never said I'm leaving, you never said goodbye. You were gone before I knew it, And only God knew why; A million times I needed you, a million times I cried; If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died. In life I loved you dearly, In death I love you still. In my heart you hold a place that no one could...

Years ago I read that as long as a person is remembered with love, he is not really gone. That is most assuredly true with respect to Nick. Any friend or parent would be grateful to have such a fine, accomplished and handsome young man for a son--or an abiding friend. With a nod to HAMLET, it seems fitting to write: "Now breaks a noble heart. Good-night Sweet Prince and flights of Angels sing thee to thy Rest" Love, Now and Always, Bob & Harriet

David, Gina and Alex: I am heartbroken over Nick. Although I had not seen him in a long time, Donna and Trevor always kept me current as to what both Alex and Nick were doing with their lives. Donna and Trevor thought the world of Nick, not to mention his grandparents.

May God grant each of you some peace during this difficult time. May 3 lights from heaven shine down on the 3 of you.

As Nick's uncle, I don't have the words to express my grief at his passing. He was a high achiever and a wonderful human being. I'm devastated that we won't meet again in this life. Humanity has lost someone who would have been a major contributor to the world. Nick, you will never be forgotten. I will try to live up to your example. Tom Marshall, Chicago, IL

Gina, I still remember you sharing stories with me about your boys and remember what a caring and dedicated mother you were/are. I know there must be a huge hole in your heart. Please know that I am praying that God brings both calm and peace into your life and that of your family. Sincerely, Anita Wallace Thomas

Peace and love..

Gina,
It's been many years since we spoke. I was informed of the very sad news of the passing of your son. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you and your family during this time of sadness. May God and His love comfort you through.

Please accept my sincere, truly heartfelt condolences, for your sadness in this unexpected tragedy. I certainly couldn't offer any advice to parents and grandparents who raised such an exemplary young man, your wonderful Nick.To know how much he's been loved, and always will be, would be enough, I'm sure. That would mean infinite happiness to him.God bless you and keep you in His care.
