Not sure what to say?

Nicky, I was just a child of 12 last time I saw your dear face. How shocked I was to find this obit by doing an online search for you. My heart is broken, I have such fond memories of you. And I waited too long to find you. Rest in peace my dear cousin, the world is a sadder place without you.

I was shocked to hear that you had left this life, Nick. I trust that you are in a better life, enjoying it to the full. As with Raymond, I will miss our conversations. You always had a cheery word. You will always remain a beautiful person.

Thank you for your friendship, as said before a wonderful and understanding and caring friendship. It was a pleasure to know you. Pity it never came to meeting you in person. That will be one of the things i regret.

I will miss you! iSpQ will never be the same without you. Hard to express what you meant for me.

The shock is too much. I cannot believe that my dear friend Nicky is gone. We have been friends for 53 years. Only Betty Ann has me beat. I was 15 and he was 17 and we both worked at J.J. Newberrys in Van Nuys. I went to Van Nuys High and he went to Notre Dame. Prom dates, sweet 16 surprise birthday party, we did it all. He was devastated when Mick died and so lonely after. I will miss him terribly.

To the family, please except my condolences as Nick was a wonderful man, so caring and always helping others. I remember talking to him online the early morning of his passing, never knowing what had happened. He will be missed but he will be loved always.

Thank you for being such a wonderful and understanding friend. I wish that everyone in the world could have had neighbors like you. I love you and will always miss you.

My dearest dearest Nick. As taken from Golden Girls - Thank you being a friend. But you are more than just a friend. You are one of my best buds. You are my theatre companion, my road trip captain to this co-captain. My listening board, my shoulder to cry on as we shared the passing of our soulmates. I am sure you and Michael are looking down on us and are reflecting on what a good life you two had here on earth developing the friendships you cultured over the years here. I will truly miss...

Nick there are no words that can ever express what you meant to us. All the fun times we had over the past 10+ years. I always told you to write a book of your life and it would have been a best seller. You will be missed everyday until we can all be together again the big pool in the beyond.

Hugs and Kisses
Mark & Steven

Nick, I will always remember you and your kindness, working with you in COPs (Citizens on Patrol) and your expertise when we got the chance to partner in patrol; I will never forget how you helped me when you were on the interview panel to obtain the position I was so hoping for, and I will never forget the newspapers you saved for me everyday, with the coupons cut out! :-) or all of our converations about Hawaii............Aloha and Rest in Peace my friend
