Jan and girls, I wish I could be there to hold you and to be your strength. Nick will forever be only a whisper away. The words I remember most are from you Jan, "Nicholas Wayne Walker, get your butt back over here." He had crossed the street at your mom's to go to the park to play. I love those memories, so that's what I will hold close to my heart. I love you all so very much.

I want to offer our deepest sympathies for you. The Rock family and Nick have been close for years, back to his days at ETSU. We drifted apart over the past few years after he moved back to the east coast.

Nick and I didn't get to spend a lot of time together growing up, He was older and we lived on opposite ends of the country. He did however become an awesome Farmville friend. But, when we did get a chance to visit, he always made time to just ask how I was doing. Check on me. He always understood. He acknowledged my life was hard without ever a judgement or feeling sorry for me. It was an I'm proud of you cousin and I'm there if you need me. I will never forget you. Love you now and always.

Del, Donna, Becky and the rest of the family: I remember Nicholas when he was a small boy, around 10 or so, and visited here in Eldorado, OK; he was a fine young man then and am sure he was as an adult and father, too. God Bless y'all and will keep y'all in my prayers.
