Not sure what to say?

I just now found out about Nick's passing as I do not access social media; however, I wish to give my deepest condolences to his wife, Barbara, and the rest of his family and friends. I worked in the same office (former INS suboffice) as Nick from 1995 to 1999 in Spokane, Washington. I will always remain deeply thankful for your family's hospitality, warm and humerous times, food, kindness and thoughtfulness. God bless Barb and Ethan, Rest in peace until we meet again, Nick. Skinny.

You worked with my Dad in the Border Patrol and he always spoke so highly of you. Thank you for your service and friendship with my Dad. I'll miss chatting with you about those days. And I'll remember a peaceful moment with you, along the river up on Canfield mountain. Life was good that day, last summer. God bless Nick, Barb and Ethan.

Rest in peace our dear friend. You will be missed. We have shared many a good meal together with you Barb and Ethan. We never turned down an invite to your home. Your cuisine was top shelf. Thank you for teaching me to use my colt 38 special up at the lake that day. Thank you for your service to our country and being a friend to us. Meet you in Heaven.
