Nikki Mills Rosiak Dowd

I knew Nikki for about a year and a half when she was 7 and I was dating her sister Robin. That was 40 years ago and even though I am reading this now, I am shocked and very sad. At the age of 7, she was a shining light, full of energy. She was always interested in what her sister and I were doing, she made me laugh and I in return did my best to return the laughter. I was at the train station the moment the tragedy occurred and I am so deeply saddened for the family and friends of this beautiful woman. I will never forget that day or moment. My heartfelt condolences to all.
