I worked with him at SEARHC and am greatly saddened to read of his passing. He was filled without exuberance and enthusiasm. This is so sad but he is back home now.

Niles was a major contributor to the improvement of health care throughout Alaska. He was a tireless worker who truly cared about his responsibilities and about people. He was a good Alaskan and an important part of the Juneau community.
