Norma Olsen Obituary
Norma Olsen, a lifelong educator at Lakeview High School, passed away peacefully on March 28. She is survived by many loving family members and friends. Graveside service Thursday 12 PM at Zion Gardens, 6758 W. Addison, Chicago. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Northlight Theatre, www.northlight.org. Norma was the consummate professional. She loved teaching and her colleagues respected the way she went about job. Students would comment about what a great teacher and person she was. We were very fortunate to work with Norma. We will miss her gentle manner and warm smile.

I was a neighbor in Northbrook. I am very sad to hear of her passing. She was a lovely person and I will miss her. My deepest sympathy.

As one of Norma's cousins, I am very saddened at her passing. She was a lovely and kind person who enjoyed the arts, especially the theater. We spoke on the phone and wrote, but the distance between our homes made visiting in person difficult. I will miss her quiet sense of humor and dignity. She was a very special lady.
