Kathy,

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know that time eases loss, but it seems to pass so slowly.

My deepest sympathy to the whole family in your loss of Bart. Even though it has been years, I have always remembered his help and guidance when I began my career. I know he was a source of inspiration to you all. Sincerely, Judy Sorrell, Fayetteville, NC.

On October 20, 1987, Bart was kind enough to hire a totally unexperienced architectural graduate from NC State, and give him a chance. That graduate was me, and I worked for Bart for twenty years. I truly appreciate the chance he gave me, and all that he taught me, about architecture, business and life. We had some really great times and he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Kathy, Sandy and the rest of Bart's family.

So sorry to hear of Norman's passing. My love to all the family including Aunt Sallie and Sallie Ann.

Kathy, Sandy, Alicia and all family members. Deepest sympathy on the loss of your husband, father and father-in-law. Bart was the best. His sense of humor, stories he told and presence will be greatly missed.

I did not know Bart, but have known and loved Sallie for years, so he had to have been a great man being her brother. I will keep you all in my prayers. God will help you through this time of sorrow.

I'm really going to miss Bart's stories. The sparkle in his eye that would light up when he was just about to say something really funny... We'll miss him alot.
