NORMAN DUBROW Obituary

DUBROW--Norman. Norman Dubrow, age 97, beloved husband of Scott Coleman, friend of many, and art collector extraordinare, passed away February 16, 2024 after a brief illness. Born February 5, 1927 in New York City, he graduated from City College of New York, and was awarded a Master's degree from Columbia University. As an engineer, he worked for decades in the offices of the New York City Controller. He donated many works of contemporary art to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Walker Art Center. He enjoyed being au courant. A visitation will be held at Riverside Memorial Chapel, 180 West 76th Street, NYC on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at 2:00pm.
