Nyla Medlock

I am a retired Occ Med Doc who knew Nyla through our annual AOHC Conferences. Though she never placed me into a position, her warmth and expertise greatly affected me. I am so lucky to have known her!

I am stunned to hear that Nyla has left us. What a terrible loss. She was an amazing person, very talented but humble and kind. I am sending prayers for her family and friends, knowing that she left us for heaven where she has earned her reward.

Nyla was truly a gem and will be missed by the Occupational Medicine community.

Nyla was a true friend to me and my family, always asking about my daughter from her infancy to the last time we were together at the AOHC meeting at Disneyland in 2019. When I had my own health crisis and told Nyla about it she gave me a wonderfully warm hug and prayed for my continued health. Fortunately for me, there was no tumor.
