I never met Mr. CORTEZ but i met his wife. She was and is my guardian angel. She saved me when i was at my lowest. She was dedicated to her job, and to her family,most of all to her husband. She loves him very much. My condolences to Fannie and all her family. God Bless all of you. That he give you the strength,courage, faith and love to continue on.
