Not sure what to say?

I worked with Oscar at Professional Appraisal Company and worked beside him in Willacy,Navarro and El Paso Counties in Texas along with The State of Wyoming. I also had the pleasure of working with Oscar in El Paso after the PAC days. Oscar was a hard working no nonsense guy who would do any thing for you. He will be missed.

Besides knowing Oscar from my High School years and school buddy, I also knew him when he was with the Dallas Appraisal District and I lived in Dallas, it was great seeing someone from my hometown, going out to eat, and chatting about old times. May you rest in peace my friend, til we meet again.

My condolences to Oscar's family. Oscar and I graduated from Raymondville High School in 1967. I had not seen Oscar in years, but I will remember him as my classmate--nice and quiet person.
