I also had the pleasure of working with Oscar in El Paso after the PAC days. Oscar was a hard working no nonsense guy who would do any thing for you. He will be missed.

Besides knowing Oscar from my High School years and school buddy, I also knew him when he was with the Dallas Appraisal District and I lived in Dallas, it was great seeing someone from my hometown, going out to eat, and chatting about old times. May the Lord be with you and your family find comfort and peace in the legacy you left behind.. what a loss to us, but the lord has gained an angel.. May you rest in peace my friend, til we meet again.

I worked with Oscar at Professional Appraisal Company (PAC) from 1979 thru 1985. We lived and worked in many counties across Texas, from El Paso to Willacy county in the Valley. My condolences to Oscar's family. Oscar and I graduated from Raymondville High School in 1967. I had not seen Oscar in years, but I will remember him as my classmate--nice and quiet person.
