My heart is truly saddened to learn this. The last time I saw you was at Ma´s funeral services. I hadn´t seen you in years so you didn´t recognize who I was when I shook your hand. I should´ve told you that I was Neto instead of Ernie. Hell, you didn´t know who Ernie was! I spoke with you over the phone sometime after that. I will always remember you! You were my favorite patient at ranch los amigos hospital. We had fun times there; and you watched my Porsche for me parked across the street from your window! Thank you for that! I dont have it anymore and now dont have you to talk to anymore. Nothing lasts forever! All we have now are beautiful memories of each other! Rest In Peace now.
