My prayers and condolences are with the Steele family and Tracie Harris. Today is the first time I heard of TY. I remember when TY, Tracie and the kids stopped in Beckley, WV to visit me and my sister back in 2001 or 2002. That was the last time I seen him. He was a wonderful person with a wonderful, funny laugh and loved softball (17ers). My prayers are with the entire family. God bless you all and keep you strong. w/love

I am shuntay, Samarias causin(who once dated otis) and even though him and i only met once when he came to visit in Kentucky i felt like i knew him personaly through my causin that loved him. GOD BLESS HIS SOUL and to all his family and friend continue to be strong knowing that he is in a better place and even though u cant see him in the flesh one day u will reunite in eturnity.
