Dear Williams family

I just learned today about Otis. Otis was a wonderful person and I know he will be missed by family and friends. I worked with Otis for 25 years at Limitorque and always enjoyed seeing him when I had to go to the Toyota dealership.
He loved his family dearly and those grandchildren were his pride and joy. My prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
