Otto was one of the best men I´ve ever known. My life was brighter because he was in it. My deepest sympathies for his friends and family. He will truly be missed.

We were privileged to witness the incredible love that Mr. Moore shared with his family-a love that was truly inspiring. God has surely gained an angel, and we hope that each of us may experience that depth of love in our own lives. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. For a brief time in the early to mid '70s, I had the pleasure to watch Mr. Moore interact with his family, friends, and other neighbors. He was the master of kindness, empathy, and an example of A Good Person. May his family always be proud to have had their experiences with him, because he truly was one of The Best!
