Owen “Joe” Joseph Haggerty

Joe was one of the early kids of Dr. G, she always talked about him. HEAR Center is honored to be remembered. Joe exemplifies what HEAR Center is all about. Joe received early intervention at HEAR Center and went on to live a wonderful and full life.
