My GodMom, Pam, was the best and took her role with me very seriously. I looked forward to our hours-long phone calls. I can hear her say right now "Hi, Honey!" She was so many good things, but my favorite was her unending sense of humor. Her laugh gave me joy. My husband, Jessie, and I spent countless evenings at dinners and playing Farkle with her and Dick.
