I am shocked to read of the passing of a good friend who shared not only the same name as mine, but many of the same interests. Bombed out of lower Manhattan by 9/11, I moved from Tribeca as soon as I possibly could, and we lost touch. I never had a chance to say "good be for now dear friend," and I am very sad about that. Goodbye, dear friend! Rest In Peace!"

I remember movie nights at Pams. It always went with lots of libations, crazy talking and laughing. When eventually there was a lull Pam would start the movie, then after a while someone would have something clever to say and pandemonium ensued to the point where the movie had to be paused. This happened several times so eventually Pam announced a new rule that once the movie started and you wanted to say something you had to raise your hand and then she would monitor the situation. I forget...

Thank you for such a touching and loving tribute to our dear friend, Pam. I can't believe she is gone and I will miss her forever. She was such a wonderful friend and person. My heart is broken.

Miss you Pam but you will always be a part of me, the kinder part, and I will tell Wesley all about you someday
