Not sure what to say?

We were members of the 2/19 club.

I remember Pat as a friend, a coworker in the same district, and as a sharer of the same birthday.

I remember being with Pat, Bob, and Mary Lou in Pittsburg, PA at an AFT convention supporting Clinton and Gore! What beautiful memories.

Cousins are from the same shoot of the same family tree. Cousins are forever friends bound together by the closeness of certain family groups, such as your mother and my mother being sisters. You and I often visited with each other at family holidays and gatherings. We were in touch, and you were helpful with advice when we were both at Humboldt State College in Arcata, California. In those days you always wanted to be called Patricia, never "Pat".

Patricia, this is not goodbye....

Pat and I both taught at Gambetta, but I truly saw her expertise when she moved to Echo Valley Elementary. She was our bilingual resource teacher. We teamed up to create a learning plan for a difficult student. It was the first time a specialist truly taught and supported a student with measurable outcome and he had a blast! He was so proud at year's end! Teaching with Pat was easy. As a veteran, she had really great ideas, but still listened and incorporated other ideas, as well. I...

She was a great member of our quilting group. Always brought projects for us to work on. She was super special person always thought of others. We are going to miss her.

Pat was my friend for nearly 50 years. Losing her is like losing a sister. I'm so glad she had Bob and the entire Coble family in her life.

Pat was fun, funny, warm and had an iron will. She was such a blessing in our lives. She shared her love of sewing, knitting, Ireland and baseball with us. Always heading out to a ballgame in her Giant's gear some of which she made for herself and Dad. It was a treat whenever she and Dad visited. We cherish our memories of her. Sending our loved to you Dad.

Pat was a beautiful and kind lady. She and I were blessed to share the same birthday and would send each other “happy birthday “ messages. I shall miss my friend.
