Pat used to share with me how, for her birthday, her Mother put out a small christmas tree with little boxes for her friends to open when they came to her birthday party. She loved that memory.

I was very sorry to hear of Pat's passing. My name is Nicole and I was a homehealth LNA at Rivermead. I left Rivermead in 2021, but visited Pat as often as I could. I followed her from her apt (where we used to have lots of laughs, I'd do crafts and make decorations for her door, and she would "supervise") Then when she was in assisted living I'd visit and sometimes I joined her for exercise class.
