Not sure what to say?

I´m Adelaide´s daughter Raye and live in Burlington. Spend my grade school year with"Aunt Ethel " and Pet and Violet on Henderson ?Ace/Street. They taught me how to chew gum and "pop" it . He "hop-scotch" and I really did worship them. Both were so great to this kid from Spencer who hung with them as Aunt Ethel babysat me. So sorry about your loss and know you will certainly miss her as she was special!!! Raye Sharpe Sapp. 336-260-5833

Greg, I am so sorry to hear of your moms passing. I saw the last name and immediately thought of you and eating breakfast many years ago at Cafe Arthurs with Bill and Ruth Anne Norris. We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.

Mrs. Epting was forever friend of our family! She was always so delightful and full of love. We shared so many happy times together. I will forever love and remember her infectious laugh-it just enveloped you with happiness and joy! Rest in peace, sweet lady! You were so loved by many!

Aunt Pat was a genuine kind, caring and loving person. I am fortunate to have fun memories of our visits to NC and she and Uncle Sonny's visits to NY and AZ. Ed and I loved her very much! Big hugs to Greg, Anne, Scott and Nick. We love you all.

Such happy memories of travels together and our many church discussions. Blessings to the family as you all mourn this great loss.

Neighbors when our children were growing up on Sherwood Street. Wonderful people that did NOT waste their time on this side of Heaven! Job well done.

I remember Patricia Epting as one of the nicest women in my neighborhood growing up. She was always happy and so nice to me. I was friends with Greg who was more of my age. She always greeted me with a smile when I would go to their house. She dressed so well and she always looked like a movie star. And her flowers in her yard were so beautiful. I always admired her at home and at church. I am praying for her family that lost such a sweet angel who is now spending time with her beloved...

Mrs. Epting was my kindergarten teacher in 1985-86. I loved her and still remember how much she loved us back. May she be granted eternal rest in the garden of Eden.

Deepest sympathies to all who loved Pat. She was my treasured kindergarten teacher at St John´s and touched so many with her love of life.
