Not sure what to say?

I was talking to my daughter (a teacher) about the impact teachers have on a child´s life. Mrs. Gump was my teacher at Oakland Park Elementary for Kindergarten (1960) and 2nd grade (1962). She was such a wonderful teacher! Such fond memories! My condolences to her family.

Pat not only was a great teacher for her students, but for me, first year teacher, a part of her staff...so encouraging, fun, supportive to try something knew to support learning. She did make a difference while on this earth.
