I was blessed not only to have an amazing mom, but also a dear friend. I was her oldest and in a very special way, my mom and I grew up together. I can't even begin to tell the stories, share the places we went as kids starting when she was 17 and off she and I went to live in Germany to be with dad. Mom, you were always funny, caring, witty and even in hard times that we all face, the one I would look to for strength. I know we will always be connected in spirit and I will always caring...

I met Mrs. Tunney (Pat) one time at her home in Louisville. She made quite an impression. Her generous hospitality. Warmth, humor and vitality made for several hours of delightful and endearing enjoyment. I know it is a loss for her family and friends for such a bright shining candle to leave this world, but the stars will shine more brilliantly from above.

A beautiful woman that I've never met, but loved her because of her wonderful family. I didn't have to meet her to know she loved her children & her family. Rick is a dear friend of mine & how wonderful he is can only explain how he was brought up. I've heard so many wonderful stories about her from Rick and knew they had a close relationship.
