Not sure what to say?

Our Miles went to Christ United Pre-School with Mackenzie. And Patrick's testimonial was that his life revolved not around his disease, but his family. His illness was never apparent, he never paraded it around like a shroud. He always showed a gentleness and equinamity that drew all the children to him. "Mr.Patrick", they would call to him, to look at something or just to get him to pay attention to them. Finally, I noticed they dropped the "Mr" and just started calling him Patrick. I...

DEAR VINCE & EILEEN AND FAMILY,
HARRY & I JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT PATRICK AND WISH WE COULD SAY SOMETHING THAT WOULD HELP LESSEN THIS SAD DAY. PLEASE KNOW THAT ALL OF YOU ARE IN OUR PRAYERS. GOD BLESS

MARY & HARRY

I worked with Patrick for many years at Bank of America. I just found out today and I am so sorry to hear the news. Christy and Mackenzie you are in my prayers. I know you meant the world to him. We will all miss his vibrant personality and passion for life.

I have such fond memories of Patrick and his family as our across the street neighbors in Carmichael. The wonderful thing is that my son, Eric, and Pat (and their families) have remained friends since the boys were small children. Pat and Eric had fun making forts, digging in the dirt, and spending a lot of time playing with the neightbor kids on the court where we all lived. I will remember Patrick as a little boy with a cowlick and a hearty, belly laugh who grew into a strong, happy guy...

Dear Flynns,
They announced prayers for Patrick at All Saints but I wasn't sure it was your Patrick till now. We are so sorry for your loss. Our prayers are with you. Patrick was a fine young man. We watched him grow from St. Pius thru working at our local bank in Dunwoody. God Bless all of you.
You have our deepest sympathy.

Hello Patrick's family, I did not know Patrick but I was drawn to the picture in the newspaper of Patrick and his daughter. My daughter is four and was just diagnosed with cystic fibrosis this year. Patrick sounds like he lived his life the way I want my little girl to live her life. His story sounds so inspirational. Have a blessed day!

My heart goes out to Christy, Mackenzie and all of Patrick's family - I am the grandmother of a 15 year old with Cystic Fibrosis. From what I read, Patrick made each day the best day possible, and was the best person he could be, one day at a time, one breath at a time. God blessed him, God bless all of you.

Pat was the first person I met in 7th grade at OLA, and we quickly became friends. We lost touch over the last 10 years or so, but I know his life was complete with Christy and MacKenzie. I think he would tell you that he had grabbed the brass ring, that he was truly blessed with his family. He was one of the good guys and I will miss seeing him at our 20 yr. Pi-Hi reunion. Your friend, Pat.

I have always had fond memories of Patrick. Patrick was an inspiration and a warrior who loved his family more than anything. I am blessed to have had a friendship with him.
