Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Father Kemp's passing. Our thoughts and prayers go to all his family. He was the most caring, gentle. understanding person I have ever met. We knew him through all his years at St. Edwards.
He will be greatly missed.

Steve and family the Hughes and Prangley families are sorry for your loss and will keep you in our prayers. What a WONDERFUL family you have !! God Bless You !

Love the Hughes and Prangley families

It was always so heartwarming to hear Father Kemp speak of his mother. Her memory touched him so. I know that she was there to guide him to the gates of heaven. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Father Kemp was my pastor at St. Edward's in Bowie, and he was the celebrant at my wedding. He was the kindest, most caring man, and I feel honored and blessed that he played such an important part in my life. He will be greatly missed.

Our entire family is saddened to learn of Father Kemp's passing. He will always have a special place in our hearts. Ft. Kemp married us 25 years ago, baptized our two children and presided over the funeral of our beloved Grandma Cullen. Always quick with a story, joke and a twinkle in his eye, he will be missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Our love and prayers go out to Margaret and Tai and all of Father Pat's family along with our appreciation for their comfort to us at our dad's passing.

Barbara LeRoy Malone and family

I just learned of Father Kemp's death through an email from a Heritage Harbor resident -- we usually play for the monthly Heritage Harbour First Friday Masses that Father Kemp has been celebrating (he plays the violin and I, the piano). Father Kemp was one of the kindest people ever, and I'm sure he's a saint in heaven now. I'm sorry I don't think I will make the funeral tomorrow though I would like to.
Love, Joan Dent

As my sister, Patty, has already stated, our thoughts and prayers are with you. We all have so many memories of growing up in Washington and remember fondly the times when our lives were touched by Fr. Pat. May memories of Fr. Pat's love and life surround you and bring your comfort today and in the years to come. God bless you all!

Are thoughts and prayers are with all of you!
