Not sure what to say?

Mr. McGivern was my mentor in Dayton Heights' Gifted Program(mid 90s). Although never my teacher, he was such a wonderful and kind person. I saw the Gypsy Kings are touring and it reminded me of him. He always had his guitar with him and would play for us. Thank you for inspiring me to always do my best!

Mr. McGivern was my 6th grade teacher at Dayton Heights Elementary School in 1999-2000. He was a wonderful person. Some of the best memories I have from elementary school are because of Mr. McGivern. He was a great teacher. It saddens me to hear that he is no longer in this realm. Last year, I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics Education. I am currently working on earning my credential. Mr. McGivern, I just wanted to let you know that you made a difference. Thank you, Mr. McGivern.

Mr. McGivern was my 2nd grade teacher at Dayton Heights Elementary. Such a blessing to all who knew him.

On behalf of Dayton Heights Staff, want to send prayers to Patrick McGivern. We will always remember him.

To my Friend Patrick, I was so saddened to hear of your passing. Richard called me and told me what happened. am so grateful he had my phone number. I think of you often my friend and I too miss you. I learned so much from you I just thought you were so awesome. I lived vicariously through all of your stories of your life experiences. I am so happy that you met Christ and accepted him as your persona savior and that you are now rejoicing and worshiping God and roaming on the street...

My Dear Patrick,
I will hold you dear in my heart forever. I miss you my Irish lover and friend forever.
Love Jeanie Walker
