Captain Richard´s truly lived up to his name. His smile conveyed so many meanings - joy, a joke or a plan about to unfold. Although he was my Commander, Captain Richard´s always had sage advice regarding life, people not just police work. May he rest peacefully and forevermore with the Lord.
