To Patrick's family. I am so very very sorry for your pain & loss. Although I did not know Patrick, I have had the opportunity over the years to get to know many beautiful people suffering with the disease of addiction. I lost my son as well; his name was Nick Hawkins. What I have learned is that most of these people are the most loving, compassionate and talented of all. They truly are the most amazing people I have had the honor to meet. By this write up, Patrick filled those shoes as well....

Ed, Rebekah, and Jon, I was so deeply saddened and shocked when I learned of Patrick's passing. He was such a sweet young man. I will remember him always.
