Not sure what to say?

I don’t even know how to express the impact you have had on my life. It always amazed me that with great acceptance, understanding and unconditional love you were always there with open arms and an open heart without fail. With loving eyes and a warm smile you would listen and let us know that everything would be ok. I appreciate the way you saw each of us grandkids as individuals and you had a different relationship with all of us. That couldn’t have been easy with 9 grandchildren. Of course...
