Read MorePatsy, was the foundation of Sigel. Truman´s Store and Truman family has so many treasured childhood memories. Patsy was my "Brownie Leader" she had meeting at her home. I still remember the core values and crafts, baking , projects that we did. She was the heart of the Civic Center, very precious & treasured lady. She will be truly missed! Her smile and laughter was contagious.
