Paul Cleve Bourque

BOURQUE Paul Cleve Bourque, a retired ironworker with Local 58 and the founder of Ascension Signs, died Monday, May 23, 2005, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Gonzales. He was age 64. A resident of Gonzales, LA and a native of Kenner, LA. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, LA on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 from 5:00PM-9:00PM. Visiting at St. Mark's Catholic Church, Gonzales,LA on Thursday, May 26 from 9:00AM until religious service at 11:00AM, conducted by the Rev. Joel LaBauve. Interment in Holy Rosary Cemetery, St. Amant, LA. He is survived by: his wife, Brenda Vicknair Bourque; mother, Mildred Thomassie Bourque; a daughter, Nancy Roig of Gonzales, LA; two sons: Paul Anthony Bourque of Madisonville, LA and Keith Bourque of Harahan, LA; two sisters: Marie Neff and Marion Peterson; two brothers: Normand and Sidney Bourque; and six grandchildren: Keith II, Brandy, Kyle, Eric, Christopher and Cameron. He was preceded in death by: his father, Cleve John Bourque; and two brothers: Wilton and Joseph Bourque. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Iron Workers Local 58.
