Paul Daniel Chasteen

Paul was my first love, we were together for several years. The things I'll remember most about him was his laugh, that goofy giggle could make a whole room light up. He made friends everywhere he went. But mostly, I remember how much Paul loved his family. He loved Barri, Jim, Luke and Katie so much... and he told me so every day. I'll miss you Pauly.

Thinking about you, Barri in these difficult times. I wish you, your family and all who will miss your son hope in sorrow and comfort in pain.

As a member Of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Winston-Salem, please know my prayers for your family are with you in this journey. Until we can meet in person, know love is lifted up for Paul and for your hurting souls.

You made an impact that you will never know. You are on my mind and in my heart every day. I will miss you until I'm gone. Fly high sweet dude. Until we meet.

My thoughts are with you all right now. I had the opportunity to teach Paul at Salem College, in Earth Science. He often contributed wonderful thoughts in class. We hit a hiccup in my class, and Paul was able to overcome it to finish out the semester well. He was a kind person, and may he have peace.
