I recently learned of Paul's death and am stunned to realize his vibrant spirit has been eclipsed. Paul's sharp wit and sense of humor paralleled his passion for the arts, both regionally and internationally. As one of the Boise crowd, I treasure the memories he inspired in those early days. May his wonderful life-force remain alive in his children.

Paul and I attended the same school from kindergarten to graduation on the 12 year plan. The last time we saw each other was for a class reunion. So sorry to hear of his passing. His mother and some of the cousins were good friends of my brother aand our family. Know he will be missed, and we wish for the family the best for the future. God Bless. Wanda Williams Gordy. Married John Gordy one of the twins.

Hard to believe that our good friend Paul is gone. We both enjoyed serving on the Board of the American University in Cairo. We were heavily involved with building the new campus. His leadership with Moataz of the capital campaign exceeded all expectations. We will remember the many days we had together in Naples and the trips we had with AUC. Our deepest condolences to Charlotte and the family. May his memory be eternal. Elias Hebeka

What a shocking news! I am very sorry and deeply sad for the tragic loss of our dear Paul. Paul was a very close friend whom I have always cherished knowing him on both the personal and professional levels. He had such a unique character and outstanding traits that impress you the very first moment you get to know him. He was the one who invited me to join the Century Committee in 1995 and in 2 years I joined the board of the AUC as an active member. Since then, I was fortunate enough to work...

Paul & I were Phi Kappa Psi fraternity brothers at Swarthmore I visited with him at his Snow Hill home several times, and enjoyed the Baltimore Bullet biscuits his mother and aunt serviced with each fine meal. I visited with Paul in Chicago and was influenced to get a MBA after my military service by his example. He was an intelligent, personable and determined young man. He was in consideration of a Rhodes scholarship at Swarthmore. We lost contact after his marriage in 1962,...

On behalf of all of us at the American University in Cairo, I offer the most sincere condolences to Mrs. Charlotte Corddry and family on the loss of Paul. We in Cairo would like all Paul's loved ones in Naples and around the world to know that we remember him most fondly and in a very special way at this proud outpost of American education and culture in the heart of the Middle East, for his generosity in supporting AUC through many years. He carved a special niche among us as an active...

Paul and Charlotte loved to travel and explore the world and enjoy fine wines and cuisine. They often hosted their children to enjoy travels with them. I was happy to serve as their travel advisor since their friends, Mr. and Mrs. Gortner had introduced Paul and Charlotte to me over 20 years ago. Paul was a delight to work with and we all will miss his easy style and smile at Preferred Travel. Our sympathy to his family. bo gover

So sorry to hear of Paul's passing. Spent many childhood days playing stickball with Paul in Snow Hill. We also played locally with 3 others in a small dance band during high school, playing Glenn Miller tunes and 'the bunny hop', Paul on tenor sax and me on alto sax. Great guy! My sympathy to all of his family. Barry Peacock
