Not sure what to say?

I just saw this now. I've been in Minnesota for 40 years, so it was easy to miss. Kindest regards and condolences, but at the same time I am happy that you had many years together, and had a beautiful family. Wishing you the best.

Paul was a wonderful man who made a huge impact in my life. He saw something in me long before I saw it,and started praying for me I found out when He and Karen took me to dinner on one of their many trips to Maui. This one being in 2018.at which time I came to realize I am an alcoholic and had gotten sobah the previous year. I had the honor of serving with Paul as his Platoon Leader in Viet Nam.

I do not know how much he shared his experiences but please know Paul was not just a brave and courageous soldier, he was an exceptional combat leader.

Under extreme fire, he was always moving to the front, caring for his squad, trusted by all.

He will forever be in my heart and prayers, never forgotten.

Donna and I send you our most sincere...
