Sorry for your loss . Paul(Nip) was my former brother in-law . He was a great athlete in his time . He held records for being the fastest runner from the city of Albany . Played many a basketball game with him and still picture him hitting a swish .I worked with Paul at beginning of my career when he was assistant director of Albany County food stamps .
